Xóa tài khoản FlexPMP

Người dùng FlexPMP có thể yêu cầu xóa tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan bằng các bước dưới đây. English instructions follow the Vietnamese section.

1. Gửi email từ địa chỉ đang dùng để đăng nhập FlexPMP đến flexpmp@gmail.com.
2. Dùng tiêu đề FlexPMP account deletion request và ghi tên hiển thị hoặc User ID nếu có.
3. FlexPMP sẽ xác minh quyền sở hữu tài khoản, xác nhận yêu cầu và hoàn tất xóa trong vòng 30 ngày.

Khi yêu cầu được xử lý, chúng tôi xóa hồ sơ tài khoản, phiên đăng nhập, thiết bị đã liên kết, tiến độ học, lịch sử làm bài, bookmark và nội dung góp ý gắn với tài khoản. Dữ liệu cần thiết để phòng chống gian lận, giải quyết tranh chấp, tuân thủ nghĩa vụ kế toán hoặc pháp luật có thể được giữ lại theo yêu cầu pháp luật. Bản sao lưu còn sót lại được loại bỏ theo chu kỳ sao lưu, chậm nhất 90 ngày sau khi hoàn tất yêu cầu.

1. Email flexpmp@gmail.com from the address used to sign in to FlexPMP.
2. Use the subject FlexPMP account deletion request and include your display name or User ID, if available.
3. FlexPMP will verify account ownership, acknowledge the request, and complete deletion within 30 days.

We delete the account profile, login sessions, linked devices, learning progress, answer history, bookmarks, and feedback associated with the account. Records required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance may be retained where legally required. Residual backup copies are removed on the backup cycle and no later than 90 days after the request is completed.
